Mindful Morning Meetup

For our first self-care event of 2023, we wanted to break up the week leading up to the mid-semester break (and all the associated mid-sem deadlines!!) with a mindful morning spent together.

We believe prioritising time in nature and fostering connections with our peers is essential to our well-being. With such a great turnout, it is clear that our peers have the same idea.

Wellbeing Walks

Throughout 2022, the USC Psychology Club hosted several well-being walks at Mooloolaba scheduled during weeks when the semester can be stressful.

We hope these walks encourage students to prioritise and make space for their mental and physical health despite the busyness and stress of life.

Mindful Painting &
Guided Meditation Workshop

This workshop was a crowd-favourite well-being event for 2022. Students met on campus and were led by Bee through a guided meditation and painting activity. The workshop promoted breathing techniques, connecting with the hear-and-now, non-judgemental expression, and self-compassion.
