Q&A Panels
In 2022, we hosted two Q&A panels on campus, both recorded and posted for students.
The first panel was tailored for undergraduate psychology students, with panellists comprised of former UniSC students undertaking different psychology-related pathways after completing their undergraduate studies. Students heard from a current honours student, a student enrolled in a Master of Clinical Psychology, and two students completing a PhD.
The second panel was tailored for honours psychology students held in collaboration with the Australian Psychological Society (Sunshine Coast Branch). The panel comprised several psychologists representing different fields in psychology.
SafeTALK Workshop
In 2022, in collaboration with the Thompson Institute, we organised a private safeTALK workshop for UniSC students. The completion of this intensive workshop resulted in a certificate, reflecting an improved understanding of suicide awareness and alertness skills.
